Our goal is of course to make sure that you have the best experience, but we never know what might happen. If the artwork was damaged when it arrive, please contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.
According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. We will cover the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.
